Valerie was very forthcoming from our first phone call all the way through closing, easy to reach, responsive, and supported my timeline to sell. Since I was an out-of-state seller, it was important to me to have someone local who could keep eyes on the property and communicate regularly with me. Valerie is a super person and wonderful realtor. We were visiting friends in Ft Myers and she showed us a property on short notice request on the day we were flying out! Then we made an offer and things didn’t work out, so we talked about more specifics in what we wanted. She set up for listings to be sent to us. We spoke on the phone multiple times and arranged to come back and she showed us 7 different Condos, but one particular that she thought we would like. She was definitely correct. So we now own our first Florida Condo. She is such a sweet person and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for all your assistance and support.

If you are curious if you have signed up with the wrong realtor, here's the question to ask yourself: Is my realtor Valerie Masse? If it's not, you probably have the wrong agent. We have now purchased two homes with her and she gets it done. She is a fierce advocate for her clients and navigates the real estate industry like a boss. I'd never purchase another property in SWFL without her.

We would just like to thank Valerie for all her help and kindness. She took all the possible concerns, problems and frustrations that can occur with selling a property, from us. We met some years ago when visiting Florida and had a great chat over some delicious pumpkin pie. We knew then she was going to be our agent when the time comes to sell our condo. We came to Florida annually met up with Valerie to catch up and have a slice. During our absence we were kept up to date on the market situation and were given some great advice. Now we have closed. Everything went smoothly for us. We can imagine there were difficulties but we never felt them.
