My name is Glenn Dobson and would like you to know if you don't already that you have a agent(Valerie Masse) that is a pure angel. Our story begins approximately four years ago when I became Power of Attorney for my mother. My mother and father had years ago purchased a double lot in Cape Coral with the intentions that their six kids could develop it and use it as a perfect getaway. That never happened and I was named Power of Attorney in charge of selling the property. I contacted Valerie through a realtor I knew in Ontario Canada. She promised to help me as I knew nothing about selling property in Florida. First of all Florida law did not recognize Canadian Power of Attorneys. As we were trying to change that in Florida, as we had a buyer at the time, Covid hit and it forced the sale to disappear. We also had to obtain a certified death certificate through the Ontario government for my father as he was also listed on the title. Then my mother died leaving us to probate the title from my mother to her six childrens. This took a long time and expense and finally it was in all of our names according to her will. Valerie then obtained a buyer for the property. Everything looked great until my brother passed away. We then had to probate my brothers will in Ontario to pass his estate to his wife according to his will. This caused major delays and all the while, Valerie was working with the buyer extending the closing dates numerous times. Finally through his wife, supplying all Ontario, Canada documents to our Florida lawyer, this happened as we went through another Florida probate. All of this was due not for any financial rewards for Valerie but for her promise to make it happen and utmost to help a family that really needed help. She will always get my referals if asked if I know of any good realtors I will say NO, but I know a GREAT one. Please give her all my thanks many times over.Glenn Dobson
